Indoor Swimming Pool

Swimming is one of the healthiest sports and has a low injury risk. The water’s buoyant effect supports the body, greatly reducing the pressure on joints and bones. This frees the body to move in a way that it can’t on land, when it has to deal with bearing weight and maintaining balance. Moderate movements ease the strain on the heart lowering the pressure in the veins during the blood’s return journey. In addition to all this, the temperature of the water also stimulates circulation.
Almost all of the muscle groups are used in swimming, particularly the arms and upper body. Of course precisely which muscles are involved depends on the particular swimming stroke. Swimming is an aerobic activity in which the muscles are constantly using oxygen. For this reason it’s a good activity for people of all ages.
After an exciting vacation day, enjoy the life-giving, relaxing effect of the water in our 12x5 m indoor pool with a comfortable water temperature of 29°C.
