Nordic Walking Activates the Body and Soul
Nordic walking exercises 85% of the body’s muscles and burns up to 50% more calories than conventional hiking. Additionally, the poles used in Nordic walking provide stability on slippery surfaces and take the strain off the knees and spine. Learn this new sport under the expert guidance of a certified Nordic walking trainer and discover a completely new kind of hiking.

Tandem Paragliding in the Grossarl Valley
An old German proverb can be translated as, „Only flying could be nicer.“ Like every proverb, this too has a ring of truth to it, for who has never dreamt of gliding through the sky like a bird?
With just a short starting run you too can take wing. Leave all your worries behind and glide over the alpine pastures and forests, past the rock walls and mountainsides, down toward the valley, savoring the splendid panorama and new perspective – truly a bird’s eye view.
