Arrival/Departure

Your room will be ready for you at 2 pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout is at 10am on the day of departure. Are you running late? After 5 pm, please give us a quick call at: +43 6414 207.

Down Payment

Your reservation is binding once you have transferred your down payment of € 100,00 per person (plus any applicable bank fees) to the following bank account: Raiffeisenbank Grossarl, BLZ 35019, Acct. Nr. 10264, IBAN: AT40 3501 9000 0001 0264, SWIFT: RVSA AT 2S019.

You can also do your down payment by credit card.

ALTE POST Travel Insurance

New is our "Alte Post" travel insurance.
If you are not able to start your holidays for a reason of an accident,  if you get sick or you have to depart earlier the cancellation costs of your hotel stay will be covered - for Euro € 10,00 per room/day only. (attest necessary)

Payment

We prefer payments in cash or with an EC card. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

EARLY BIRD bonus

If you book your winter holidays until 30st of September 2013 we´ll give a dicount of 5% on the halfboard rates.

01st Mar 2014 to 08th Mar 2014

Except special offers and package deals. 

Double Rooms as Single Rooms

There is an additional fee of € 15 per night.

Familiensuite

Der Grundpreis der Familiensuite (2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür) liegt bei 3 Vollzahlern. Ab dem 2. Kind (bei 3 Vollzahlern) gelten unsere Kinderpreise.

Dogs

€ 10,00 per night not including food. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants and wellness areas. Cleaning fee Euro 100,00 if necessary. Thank you for understanding.

Discounts for Children

SUMMER 2013

WINTER 2013/14

The indicated rates are valid per child and night incl. half board.

The 3rd and further person in one room from the age of 15 will get 30% off the rack rate.

*Base rate in our Family Suites (2 double rooms with connection door): 3 persons will be fully charged. The 2nd child (from 3 fully payers) will get the normal reduction. **Kids reduction above valid from 2 fully payers in one room (except Family Suite).

Kurzaufenthalt

Bei 1-3 Nächten verrechnen wir zusätzlich € 4,00 pro Person/Nacht.

Single and Child

Mum and daughter or holidays with dad? In "Luxury Single room" reduction of double room. In your favourite category plus Euro 15,00 as a single surcharge and you´ll get the full kids discount for 3-4 bedded double room.

New Years’ Program

The extra charge on New Year´s Eve is € 15 for adults and € 8 for children between 4 and 15 years old. All guests must pay this charge, regardless whether they participate or not.

Cancellations

Until 3 months before starting your journey - free cancellation.
Until 1 month before 40% of the total costs.
Until 1 week before 70% of the total costs.
In the last week before your booking 90% of the total costs.

Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Rules and Regulations apply for all cancellations and early departures. 
 

Overnight Stay with Breakfast

€ 10 per person per night will be discounted from the half-board price. Coffee and Cake in the afternoon (summer) included.

Extra Beds

A 30% discount is given for adults over 15 years old.

Visitors Tax

Upon receipt of your written reservation and down payment your booking will be confirmed. Subject to changes and misprints. The written and confirmed per day or package price applies. All prices are listed in euros and per person / night.
