Arrival/Departure
Your room will be ready for you at 2 pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout is at 10am on the day of departure. Are you running late?

Down Payment
Your reservation is binding once you have transferred your down payment of € 80 per person (plus any applicable bank fees) to the following bank account: Raiffeisenbank Grossarl, BLZ 35019, Acct. Nr. 10264, IBAN: AT40 3501 9000 0001 0264, SWIFT: RVSA AT 2S019.
Payment
We prefer payments in cash or with an EC card. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
Double Rooms as Single Rooms
There is an additional fee of € 14 per night.
Dogs
€ 8 per night not including food. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants. Thank you for understanding.

WINTER 2009/2010
For children 4 years old and younger – stay in the parents’ room is free without meals (Euro 8,00 for a meal-package possible)
5 to 9 years old: 50% off in family rooms, 60% off in 3- or 4 bedded double rooms
10 to 14 years old: 40% off in family rooms, 50% off in 3- or 4 bedded double rooms
15 to 17 years old: 30% off in family rooms, 30% off in 3- or 4 bedded double rooms
SUMMER 2010

Family Studio, Family Suite, Family Appartement

Children staying in their own rooms or staying as a second full-paying guest receive a 25% discount off the listed price.
New Years’ Program
The extra charge is € 30 for adults and € 15 for children between 5 and 15 years old. All guests must pay this charge, regardless whether they participate or not.
Cancellations
The Austrian Hotel Rules and Regulations apply for all cancellations and early departures. We offer travel cancellation insurance in association with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Overnight Stay with Breakfast
€ 10 per person per night will be discounted from the half-board price. Ski snack and cake buffet are not included.
Extra Beds
A 20% discount is given for adults over 18 years old.
Upon receipt of your written reservation and down payment your booking will be confirmed.
