Arrival/Departure
Your room will be ready for you at 2 pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout is at 10am on the day of departure. Are you running late? After 5 pm, please give us a quick call at: +43 6414 207.
Down Payment
Your reservation is binding once you have transferred your down payment of € 100,00 per person (plus any applicable bank fees) to the following bank account: Raiffeisenbank Grossarl, BLZ 35019, Acct. Nr. 10264, IBAN: AT40 3501 9000 0001 0264, SWIFT: RVSA AT 2S019.

If you are not able to start your holidays for a reason of an accident, if you get sick or you have to depart earlier the cancellation costs of your hotel stay will be covered - for Euro € 9,00 per room/day only.
Payment
We prefer payments in cash or with an EC card. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
Double Rooms as Single Rooms
There is an additional fee of € 15 per night.
Dogs
€ 10,00 per night not including food. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants and wellness areas. Cleaning fee Euro 100,00 if necessary. Thank you for understanding.

Single and Child
Mum and daughter or holidays with dad? In "Luxury Single room" reduction of double room. In your favourite category plus Euro 15,00 as a single surcharge and you´ll get the full kids discount for 3-4 bedded double room.
New Years’ Program
The extra charge is € 30 for adults and € 15 for children between 5 and 15 years old. All guests must pay this charge, regardless whether they participate or not.
Cancellations
Until 3 months before starting your journey - free cancellation.
Until 1 month before 40% of the total costs.
Until 1 week before 70% of the total costs.
In the last week before your booking 90% of the total costs.
Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Rules and Regulations apply for all cancellations and early departures.

Overnight Stay with Breakfast
€ 10 per person per night will be discounted from the half-board price. Ski snack and cake buffet are not included.
Extra Beds
A 20% discount is given for adults over 18 years old.
Visitors Tax
Visitors tax is not included in the rates. We charge Euro 0,75 in summer and 0,95 in winter per person/night from the age of 15.
Upon receipt of your written reservation and down payment your booking will be confirmed. Subject to changes and misprints. The written and confirmed per day or package price applies. All prices are listed in euros and per person / night.
